Shawn was born and raised in Delaware County, and is a graduate of Ridley High School. He earned his Bachelors degree from Shippensburg University, and trained as a Police Officer at the DCCC Municipal Police Academy . Shawn remains a proud local resident, and is currently a Detective for the Ridley Township Police Department. He is a family and community oriented man, who likes to help others. He is approachable and down to earth, and is really looking forward to supporting people with their property goals within the Norm Carey team.
